Andrew Garfield wore a trans Pride flag pin to the GLAAD Awards and fans are obsessed.

The award-winning actor paired his blue suit with a pin with the “&” symbol in the colors of the trans flag.

The pin caught the eye on Twitter after a fan posted a photo of Garfield at the awards show.

It was captioned “IS THIS A TRANS PIN” and has since received over 100,000 likes and many comments.

One Twitter user replied, “Spider-Man says trans rights.”

Other comments praised the actor, saying “I’m a good man” and “I couldn’t love this man more”.

Someone else wrote, “no cops at pride just him”, who received the response, “The only blue we need at pride is the suit he’s wearing in this pic”.

Others were skeptical, suggesting wearing a pin is the “minimum” that cis celebrities can do.

One person wrote, “the bar is in hell” and another said, “I also have trans pins where my hundred thousand likes are”.

the official GLAAD store sells the ‘&’ pin for $25, and says “proudly display the ‘&’ lapel to declare that you stand with all communities under attack – including women, Muslims, immigrants and LGBTQ people “.

Andrew Garfield attended the awards ceremony to present his tick, tick… Boom! co-star, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez with the Stephen F. Kolzak Award.

The award is given to an openly LGBTQI member of the entertainment or media community for their work to eliminate homophobia.

While presenting the award, Garfield said: “Through her art and her heart – and what a heart, I don’t know anyone with a bigger heart than Mj – Michaela Jaé makes sure the world respects black women, Latin women and all women as we should.

“In a moment of judgment for our industry, she leads the charge to create and produce stories that center on LGBTQ lives and experiences, especially those of trans women of color. She reminds us that you can’t just say that you are an ally, ally ship means action.

Rodriguez, who recently made history as the first trans actor to win a Golden Globe, thanked GLAAD in his acceptance speech “for uplifting and celebrating the voices of trans and non-binary people.”

“This moment isn’t about me, it’s about each of us,” she added.
