Jodpur (Rajasthan): A man has been arrested in Osian town, Jodhpur district, Rajasthan, for allegedly raising the national flag of Pakistan, police said on Thursday.
The man, named Sanju Khan, also raised slogans of “Pakistan Zindabad”, reported Times Now.

According to reports, the man also shared a pro-Pakistan message on social media.

On complaints from the villagers, the police arrested Khan.

An investigation is being launched to find out his intention behind it and if he has any connection to Pakistan, the report says.

Last week, a man was arrested in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, for allegedly raising the national flag of Pakistan.

“The flag was hoisted on a house in Vedupar Mustaquil village under Tariya Sujan police station area of ​​the district on Friday around 11 a.m.,” Additional Superintendent of Police Ritesh Kumar Singh said on August 13.

The man was identified as Salman. “The accused arrested is Salman (21 years old). A case has been filed against Salman and his aunt Shahnaz (22), who made the flag,” Singh said.

The flag was removed as soon as police got information about it, he said.
